Meghan Markle Might Be Bringing Baby Archie to New York City Sooner Than We Thought

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's new baby boy Archie might be part of the royal family, but he's still half American after all. So he should get to experience that side of him, too. Meghan Markle is having the same thoughts apparently, because the first trip the royal baby will make to the U.S. is coming, and might be sooner than we thought.
According to Us Weekly, a reliable royal insider has confirmed that the new mother will be taking Archie to America as soon as this summer. The insider also revealed that the Duchess' destination will most likely be New York City, where she had her baby shower in February.
“As of now, the plan is for this to take place some time over the summer,” the insider said. “She’ll see her mom [Doria Ragland] and friends.”
Since Archie's birth on May 6, Markle has been spending as much time with her new son as possible, and keeping out of the public eye. It has been recently announced that she will not be joining any of the other members of the royal family in welcoming Donald Trump in his visit to the U.K.
Prince Harry on the other hand, has been flying solo since the birth of his son, appearing at his cousin Lady Gabriella Windsor's wedding, and at the most recent garden party at Buckingham Palace held in honor of his grandmother Queen Elizabeth, among other public appearances.
