Netflix announces release date for Cobra Kai season 4
The latest chapter of Netflix's Cobra Kai spoiled us rotten! So it's a good job season four has been given the thumbs up, which is no surprise to anyone given just how wildly popular it is. The last batch of episodes hit the No 1 spot in 28 countries and reached the top ten in 85 countries, with a total of 73 million households gobbling it up in some capacity, according to the streaming giant.
When is the Cobra Kai season 4 release date?
It looks like you'll have to cancel your New Year's Eve plans as season four of Cobra Kai will arrive on Netflix on December 31!
In super exciting news, it's also been confirmed that season five is happening, with filming expected to kick off in Atlanta this autumn.
Cobra Kai season 4 cast: Who will be returning?
The new season will feature all of our favourite faces, including Ralph Macchio as Daniel LaRusso and William Zabka as Johnny Lawrence, alongside their star students Sam LaRusso (Mary Mouser) and Miguel (Xolo Maridueña).
Expect to see more of 'binary brothers' Demetri (Gianni Decenzo) and Hawk (Jacob Bertrand), the latter of whom comes back to the fold after saving Demetri from getting his arm broken during a fight with Cobra Kai.
They will face off against Robby Keene, played by Tanner Buchanan, and Tory (Peyton List). We can also expect some new faces joining Kreese's Cobra Kai, as he goes on a hunt for new recruits to boost his team.
