New mom Paris Hilton is the epitome of glamour in dazzling black sequin gown at red carpet event

First-time mom, Paris Hilton pulled out all the stops during her red carpet excursion at Clive Davies' pre-Grammy party. The socialite and her husband, Carter Reum, stepped out together for a night of glitz and glamor and marking the couple's first red-carpet appearance since revealing they'd welcomed their first child, a son, via surrogate in January. Their son's name has yet to be revealed.

The 41-year-old socialite was the epitome of glamour as she posed up a storm in a black sequined gown with a neckline that fell off of her shoulders.
