Noelle is currently a college student at Howard University. She told Bravo's The Daily Dish in June 2019 of her experience:
"I just finished my first year at Howard [University]. I'm trying to figure out if I want to stick to my major in Bio or if I want to switch to acting. I'm considering going maybe even to L.A. so I have a lot of things in the works right now. I'm just trying to figure out what I want to do, what my passion is right now."

In Season 12 Episode 2, "Cheatin' Heart," Noelle explains to her mom that she's been attracted to both men and women while at college, stating:
"People try to box everyone in and put labels on everything, but I don’t really do that. I just like who I like, and that’s just what it is. There’s a lot of attractive guys, and there’s a lot of attractive girls." In her confessional segment, Cynthia told the camera:
"Since Noelle has been in college, she told me that she thought she was fluid. I just didn’t know that she was out there being fluid … flowing. We all love and support Noelle. It’s just new for us. We’re just trying to get used to it."
Cynthia is certainly supportive of Noelle but seemingly is just trying to get used to the fact that her daughter is getting older and is liking anyone romantically, no matter the gender. We hope Noelle continues to feel loved and supported by her family moving forward!
