People were not having the message, and flooded the comments sections with reminders that this kind of attitude can lead to serious body image issues, not only for Farrah but also for fans who follow her. One person wrote: "Ru for real. To all the skinny girls? Wtf. How many people in the world struggle with body issues both skinny an thick and you want to come posting #skinnygirl that’s not cool."
