See Sofia Richie's Sweet Birthday Post for Scott Disick

Although Scott Disick and Sofia Richie tend to remain pretty low-key, they do come out occasionally to remind us they're still in love.

In honor of Scott's 36th birthday on Sunday, May 26, many members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan took to social media to share sweet tributes for LD. Fans particularly loved Khloé's Instagram post, as the heartfelt words reminded everyone how far the two have come. If you don't remember, KoKo was not always the biggest fan of Scott in the beginning, but now they're best friends.

For Sofia's part, her tribute was way shorter, but still adorable nonetheless. The 20-year-old model posted a cute pic of her and her man to her Instagram Story, writing, "Happy birthday to my best friend."

Just like Scott and the Kardashians, Scott and Sofia have also come a long way in their relationship. The pair began dating around Sept. 2017, and the model has since become like family. She even often goes on vacations with Scott, Kourtney, and their three kids.
