Shawn Mendes Confirms He's Still Crushing on This Celebrity

Shawn Mendes just admitted that he (still) has a celebrity crush, and it isn’t Camila Cabello.
BuzzFeed reports that the 20-year-old musician made a stop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on his self-titled tour earlier this week, and during a Q&A with some of his biggest fans at Fiserv Forum, someone asked what celebrity he was crushing on right now.
The “Treat You Better” singer replied, “Umm...I love, hmmm — I really just do love Emma Watson still and I'd tell her that.”

Rumors about Mendes and Cabello being romantically involved have been reignited since the two shared sexy salsa dancing and steamy singing in their “Señorita” video. Cabello addressed the speculation this week, asking her fans to be respectful to dating coach Matthew Hussey amidst their recent breakup.
As for 29-year-old Watson, she was most recently linked to Cole Cook, brother of Alicia Keys, and before that tech CEO Brendan Wallace. The Harry Potter alum is famously very private about her personal life, so no one's to say for sure if Mendes has a chance.
Maybe, at the very least, fans can see a friendship bloom out of Mendes’ adorable professions of love for Watson.
