Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas Donate 100 Meals to Los Angeles Hospital Amid COVID-19
I's been so cute to see all the fun Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are managing to have while quarantined at home, but things got even sweeter when they teamed up to donate to a local hospital. The couple sent 100 meals to a medical facility in Los Angeles and well, I'm not crying, you are.
As reported by MarieClaire, the famous pair donated through the campaign Fueling the Fearless, who take pride on "feeding tireless hospital workers at the front lines of COVID-19," while helping stimulate business for local restaurants. After receiving the meals, the hospital workers thanked Jophie for their generous gift on Instagram, and the message was great to see.
"A BIG THANK YOU to @joejonas @sophiet @philymack @shondamcintyre for donating 100 meals to East LA Doctors Hospital. This hospital is in the heart of downtown LA and serves a vastly underprivileged community with limited resources and support," one part of the message read.
Through trying times, it's inspiring to celebrities giving back right now. Clearly, one kind gesture from Joe and Sophie made these healthcare workers' days!
