'Star Wars' Actress Daisy Ridley is Totally Obsessed With 'Tiger King' Like the Rest of Us

Guess who else is all about Tiger King!

According to ComicBook.com, it's none other than Daisy Ridley, better known as Rey to Star Wars fans. In a recent interview on the podcast DragCast, the actress was asked to offer up some final thoughts and/or suggestions for the audience, to which Ridley replied, "Have you seen Tiger King? I was not ready for all the twists and turns and it's weird. Really, you should watch it."

Daisy continued, touching on the one plot point that the world just can't stop talking about, adding, "There's this whole thing with Carole Baskin, who is this woman who has been accused of murdering her husband and I watched this awful video yesterday where (her new husband) was saying they were tricked into stuff (for the series) and it honestly broke my heart because it's just this guy protecting his wife." She also noted that it's a really well made documentary series.

Much like Carole, the actress has experienced her fair share of online hate, even having to delete her Instagram account back in 2016. She added of the show, "There's a lot around it that's difficult, again I think with the social media thing because if we all just watched it and didn't share our thoughts I think it's one thing, but they're receiving comments about stuff." 

As the publication notes, we're sure Ridley got her Tiger King fix yesterday, when a new special titled The Tiger King and I debuted on Netflix.
