'Teen Mom 2's Leah Messer Reveals Daughter is in Hospital as She Asks for Prayers
By Olivia Montine
Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer has had a scary couple of days, and is looking to fans to send prayers her way.
The reality television star was in the hospital with her youngest daughter, six-year-old Adalynn Faith, who was suffering from some health issues this week. However, according to her mom's post, Adalynn was in good spirits and making everyone around her laugh despite being in the ER.
The six-year-old was reported by PEOPLE to have an infection, and was being treated with antibiotics. While she continues to recover, the entire ordeal was probably very overwhelming for both Messer and Adalynn's father, Messer's ex-husband Jeremy Calvert. Calvert and Messer separated in 2015.
Calvert also shared a sweet picture with his daughter in the hospital, captioning it, "Hospital with this little one all day, I hope my baby girl starts feeling better…"
Teen Mom fans know Leah has prior experience with health scares regarding to her daughters. One of her two older daughters with ex Corey Simms (who are twins) suffers from Muscular Dystrophy, a disease which causes a loss of muscle mass and weakness, and Leah has opened up about the struggles associated with the disease on the show.
We wish Leah, Adalynn, and the rest of the family the best in this difficult time, and are hoping for a speedy recovery!
