'Teen Mom' Fans Are Dragging Mackenzie Standifer and Ryan Edwards for Getting Pregnant Again

Mackenzie Standifer shocked everyone when she took to Instagram this past weekend to announce that she and her husband, Ryan Edwards, are having a baby girl. While the news is happy for their family, many Teen Mom fans are really concerned. The worry revolves around the fact that Edwards has a troubled history, including time in jail and drug abuse.

Standifer and Edwards already have one child together, Jagger, who is eight months old. Edwards was in rehab when he was born. Apart from Jagger, he also has a son, Bentley, who he shares with Maci Bookout. Standifer also has a child from a previous relationship.

Interestingly, Standifer turned off the comments section on the Instagram post, perhaps not wanting to pollute the announcement with negativity about Edwards.

Since no one could comment on the newest photo, fans turned to other photos on Instagram to rant, according to The Cheat Sheet. One wrote: “How can anyone think it is ok to bring another child into your chaotic life?!? Ryan is constantly in and out of jail AND rehab. Children need love and security in their life supported with consistency and structure.” Another fan called Ryan nothing more than a "sperm donor." Ouch!

Who knows what will come of this newest pregnancy? Hopefully the prospect of a new baby will give Edwards the push he needs towards consistency and stability.
