Us Weekly reports that Cheyenne Floyd's 2-year-old daughter is doing better. On Instagram, the Teen Mom alum gave an inside look of Ryder’s recovery during a recent stint in the hospital.
As explained in the caption, Riley suffers from VLCAD, a rare genetic condition, in which the body is unable to break down certain fats. In turn, the little one's energy levels are severly affected. However, yesterday the family was given good news just in time for the holidays. Cheyenne posted another photo with the caption, "going home."
In these recent posts, the controversial star has become more candid about her daughter's condition. She's also been opening up about the ways in which these trying times have taught her lessons, helping her grow as a mother and a person.
It's heartwarming to see such a positive response to a difficult time, and it's even more wonderful to see that Ryder is "going home."
