'The Bachelor' Fans Can't Help But Point Out Resemblance Between 'Listen to Your Heart's Ryan Neal and Shawn Mendes

The Bachelor's latest spinoff, Listen to Your Heart, premiered on ABC last night, and I think I speak for everyone when I say I was not expecting to get that into it. While we all love the drama this franchise provides, many were weary about the premise of the new series, along with the fact that all the contestants are fresh faces. Well, it's obvious none of that matters, because the people who did tune in for the first episode were pleasantly surprised. There was tons to talk about, and it's safe to say the people of Twitter are hooked.

Of course, the episode spawned plenty of memes and conversations about the contestants, and it looks like one guy certainly has the attention of all of us—Ryan Neal, a 28-year-old singer/songwriter from Michigan. After quickly hitting it off with Jamie Gabrielle, the two went on the most romantic date ever, recording a cover of John Mayer's "Gravity" at Capitol Records in Los Angeles. Viewers could barely keep their eyes off of Ryan, who is equal parts adorable and talented, and it was not long before many started comparing him to another musician.

Twitter users quickly started pointing out the resemblance between Ryan and pop star Shawn Mendes, posting side-by-sides of the two.

Others hilariously pointed out that Ryan and Jamie together look like Shawn Mendes and girlfriend Camila Cabello, and, wow—I have to agree.

Shawn and Camila have yet to weigh in on their new doppelgängers, but they should be flattered. Although Jamie ended up picking Trevor Holmes during the rose ceremony, she and Ryan are no doubt making it far this season, together or not.
