With news released that the next Bachelorette leading lady will be Clare Crawley, fans are in a tizzy of excitement to see how the upcoming season will go. As opposed to Peter Weber's current season, which was filled with many ladies in their early 20s, Clare promises an older audience because she's 38. Likely, much of the drama that plagued this season of The Bachelor will be eradicated with prospective dates in their late 20s, 30s, and even perhaps 40s.

As filming begins for Clare's season, Reality Steve is already jumping in with all the details we need to know. According to the TV guru, he's heard that travel to international locations is now compromised because of the Coronavirus. The rumored original plans were that the crew would fly to Iceland, Rome, and Croatia, but now because of the pandemic of the illness, The Bachelorette producers are apparently "scrambling" to come up with more American locations. Steve writes today:

"Filming starts next Friday the 13th in LA. These locations are booked well in advance, so, now with the virus scare plans are being reshuffled. So this is going to be ever changing up until the last minute. I really do think they are gonna cut out all international travel this season. And if they don’t, I can’t imagine it’ll be for more than one city. Too risky at this point."

While it'll be a bummer for fans who love to vicariously travel with contestants while watching the show, better to be safe than sorry. If all locations are actually just in America, it could make for a very different season than the one we've just had with Peter. The Bachelorette Season 16 is due to premiere May 18.
