'The Office' Star Jenna Fischer Just Debunked an Age-Old Rumor About Her and John Krasinski
Old rumors die hard, but Jenna Fischer is putting this one to rest.
Years after The Office ended, the Pam Beesly actress, understandably, still faces questions about the show, and apparently there's one story in particular she's often asked about. The rumor involves former co-star John Krasinski, and it's one Fischer doesn't really appreciate.
The word on the street is that instead of wearing her engagement or wedding ring from her husband, Lee Kirk, the actress actually still rocks the one Krasinski’s character Jim Halpert gave to her on the set of The Office. Now, Fischer is slamming the strange idea, as reported by CinemaBlend. "What a terrible rumor!," she said to a fan who asked on Instagram. "Of course not! I wear the ring my actual husband of ten years gave me."

Fischer did add a laughter emoji at the end of her response, so, at least she was able to find some humor in the situation.
This actually wasn't the first time the actress addressed the long-running rumor. In 2017, she took to Twitter to explain that she does indeed have the ring, but it was just a prop, and she certainly doesn't wear it.
Seeing as the diamond was fake, one can't blame Fischer for wanting the real deal on her hand, and from her actual husband. Sorry, The Office aficionados, but it sounds like this rumor was false from the start.
