'The Office' Star Kate Flannery Reveals Her Favorite Episode for Meredith

Kate Flannery, who played Meredith in The Office, is capturing our hearts all over again on Dancing With the Stars, with her partner Pasha Pashkov. While Flannery has moved onto new projects, fans just can't seem to forget about her role on The Office and neither can she!

According to Pop Culture, Flannery spoke to Entertainment Tonight about her favorite Meredith moment and it was - wait for it - 'Casual Friday!' Flannery said, "I don't like to toot my own horn, but 'Casual Friday' is one of my all-time favorites."

Even more important than remembering the time Meredith flashed her co-workers, Flannery speaks about the experience of being a woman in her 50s and advocating for other women. Flannery said, "You know, people try to treat women in their 50s like they're done and we're not."

In speaking about her own life, Flannery offered encouragement to people who feel like they might be behind the average person. She said, "I'm a late bloomer. I got The Office at the age of 40, met my boyfriend when I was 41."

Flannery added, "There've been many things that have come to me much later in life, so I think with age comes a little more gratitude and a little more reality." How awesome that Flannery is speaking up for people of all ages!
