'The Office' Star Kate Flannery Reveals She Didn't Use a Stunt Double for One of Her Biggest Scenes

Kate Flannery, best known for playing the hot mess Meredith on The Office, recently appeared on a panel at Los Angeles Comic Con along with several other cast members from the beloved show, where she let a detail slip about one of her biggest scenes.

The panelists had a Q&A session, according to Yahoo!, where fans had many questions for Flannery, such as about when Meredith shaved her head, when her hair got set on fire, and the unforgettable scene where Michael Scott hits her with his car. What people wanted to know the most was whether or not Flannery used a stunt double for any of these hilarious takes.

Apparently, Flannery did not set her hair on fire nor did she shave her head, but she did in fact do the car scene herself. The 55-year-old actress joked, "I hit the glass and fell off the car, and that's why I'm on Dancing With the Stars!"
