Upon first glance, that is what Netflix's new dating show seems to be. Too Hot to Handle follows ten "serial swipers" who are taken to a special island villa for four weeks to find love and $10,000 each, or $100,000 total.

However, there is a catch. Twelve hours into the too-good-to-be-true retreat, the contestants are informed by the ominous virtual assistant, an Alexa-like module called Lana, that the contestants cannot do anything romantic or sexual during their time in the villa. That's right, no kissing, no sex, so intimate touching of any kind, or the contestants risk losing their money. Apparently, the money will be deducted for every physical sexual act committed. The process is to help the contestants "gain deeper emotional connection," or so Lana says.
