Tyler Baltierra Hits Back at Twitter Trolls After Late Visitation With Carly on 'Teen Mom OG'

Tyler Baltierra is clapping back on Twitter...what else is new?! The most recent episode of Teen Mom OG showed the 27-year-old star and his wife Catelynn visiting their eldest daughter, Carly, who they placed for adoption when they were teenager. Carly, now 10, was excited and delighted to see her birth parents, and the episode was both heartwarming and emotional.
However, Tyler and Catelynn are getting trolled on Twitter because they were late for their visit. Their excuse was that they were making a scrapbook for their daughter and the project held them up.
Fans are pointing out that the excuse is a touching one, but they're also asking why the couple didn't work on the book before their visit so that they could be punctual, saying their tardiness was rude to both Carly and her adoptive parents.
However, Tyler is not having it, and has been defending his and Catelynn's actions on social.
Yes, we were late to our visit with Carly. But you should have seen the amount of joy she had when she saw that scrapbook & our handwritten letters! Adopted kids treasure handwritten words & pics from their birth parents & it was very special to her! So glad we did it in person!

Tyler first explained why they were late, and went on to clap back at everyone who criticized him.
OH, now if it was traffic, it would be a TOTALLY different story wouldn’t it!? But it wasn’t, we were handcrafting a gift. So I get it, we’re a pair of COMPLETE unworthy assholes for it. I’ll make sure to duplicate that on my list of personal defects with the others! ??♂️???♂️ https://t.co/UM1isQzVM1

While trolls are busy, so are the fans who think their scrapbook was a great idea and that Carly will remember that more than punctuality.
As an adult adoptee Tyler you too are doing a wonderful thing with those scrapbooks for her.

While it obviously would've been better if Catelynn and Tyler were on time, their reasoning for being late was from a good place.
