Tyler Baltierra Responds to Angry 'Teen Mom' Fans After Daughter Falls Off Counter

At this point, Teen Mom OG stars Tyler Baltierra and Catelynn Lowell are experts at clapping back at the haters.

The MTV parents are used to facing criticism for their parenting, dealing with backlash concerning their kids, four-year-old Novalee and five-month-old Vaeda Luma. Additionally, Cate and Tyler are parents to 10-year-old Carly, who they gave up for adoption in 2009. Over the years, the couple has been bombarded with Teen Mom fans putting in their two cents on their lifestyle choices.

For the latest, people are weighing in on a scene from this week's episode of Teen Mom OG. In the clip, Tyler and Catelynn discuss the tabloids, which made it seem like they were getting a divorce. But another part of the scene shows Novalee crawling on the counter and falling onto the floor, which she bursts out crying over.

Of course, people have had opinions online, as reported by HollywoodLife.

One person in particular chimed in on Twitter to say it "pissed [her] off" that the couple let Novalee climb on the counter in the first place. Tyler then happened to see the criticism, and quickly replied.

They didn’t show in this scene before hand, where I told her I was only going to let her sit on the counter for a second until I got her chair that she usually sits on next to me when we make dinner together. Thankfully, it seems Tyler found amusement out of the backlash, explaining that while the series didn't show the scene beforehand, he's still "NOT a perfect parent."

We're glad Cate and Tyler don't take all the backlash they receive to heart, because if they did, they wouldn't be able to have a life outside of the internet.
