VIDEO: Amber Portwood's Ex Matt Baier Reacts to Her Recent Arrest

Teen Mom OG fans were shocked when news spread that Amber Portwood was arrested in the early hours of July 5. Details started spilling on what went down the night prior, with reports claiming the 29-year-old MTV star threatened boyfriend Andrew Glennon with a machete, all while he was holding their one-year-old son. As you would expect, people reacted very strongly...including Amber's ex-fiancé, Matt Baier.

Matt caught up with TMZ this week and shared his feelings on the whole ordeal, claiming he doesn't believe Amber actually threatened anyone with a machete.

When asked if Amber had ever been violent with him, Matt said no, explaining that while they had "legendary" arguments, things never turned physical. And though he said he is worried for Amber's son, James, he made sure to clarify that "Amber's a very loving mother."

As for Amber's future after her arrest, TMZ has reported that she might lose her spot on Teen Mom OG, that is if she's convicted. She was charged with three felonies: domestic battery, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, and domestic battery in the presence of a child. Only time will tell if she serves any prison time for her actions.
