VIDEO: Jennifer Aniston Surprises Fans on 'Friends' Set in Hilarious Segment for 'The Ellen Show'
Rachel Green actor Jennifer Aniston helped her old pal Ellen DeGeneres out this week by stepping in to guest host her talk show. And because The Ellen Show is filmed on the same Warner Bros. lot as Friends, some lucky fans of the beloved sitcom basically had the best day of their lives.
People reports that The Morning Show star surprised unsuspecting fans stopping to sit on the big orange couch at Central Perk during the Warner Bros. studio tour. Aniston jumped out from behind the couch while fans took photos, and the results were hilarious.
In the video above, the tour guide asks the first group of gals who their favorite Friends character is out of Rachel, Ross (David Schwimmer), Chandler (Matthew Perry), Joey (Matt LeBlanc), Monica (Courteney Cox), and Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow). After the ladies say basically everyone but Rachel, Aniston pops out yelling, “ROSS?! Who said Ross?!,” causing the fan to quickly deny choosing Rachel’s on-again, off-again boyfriend over her… after screaming bloody murder, of course.
Aniston then (metaphorically) puts back on Rachel’s old waitressing apron, scaring another two ladies by offering them make-believe lattes. The best reaction by far was when Aniston jumped out to scare a pair of women, only to have one of them say, “Are you really here, is this real?”
All of the fans Aniston surprised then got to join her at the Ellen taping in the Starbucks suite. Needless to say, it was a day they will never forget.
