VIDEO: Kim Kardashian Concerned Over Ambulance Arriving for Family Emergency in 'KUWTK' Teaser

E! has been dropping dramatic teaser trailers for the newest season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians all week and the anticipation is enough to drive us crazy!

We have already seen hints that this season will unveil some of the family’s most-followed scandals, like the Jordyn Woods and Tristan Thompson affair. The season also hints at a dispute between Tristan and Khloé at their daughter’s birthday party, and the fact that Scott Disick might be heading to prison, Cosmopolitan reports.

If that isn’t enough, the newest trailer shows a scary medical emergency. The “who” and “what” of it all are being saved for the episode, but we do know that it involves Kim and Khloé.

In the video above, Kim says on the phone while riding in the car with her best friend, Jonathan Cheban, "What just happened? What's going on?" Khloé responds, "The ambulance is on their way here now,” and Kim persists worriedly, “I'm rushing home right now! What happened!?”

Could it be one of Kim and Kanye West’s children is sick? Or is Kanye himself having some kind of medical issue?

We will have to wait until the newest season premieres on Sept. 8 to find out!
