VIDEO: Maci Bookout Gets Angry Over Ryan Edwards' Arrest in New 'Teen Mom OG' Teaser

Teen Mom OG alum Ryan Edwards' arrest earlier this year was not only tough for him and his wife Mackenzie Standifer--but also for Maci Bookout and their 10-year-old son Bentley.

A new teaser for the upcoming season of Teen Mom OG shows Maci explaining to a friend how angry it makes her that she has to tell Bentley about her dad serving jail time. The father-of-two was arrested back in Jan. 2019 and was charged with theft of services for reportedly skipping out on a bar tab, as well as a charge of possession.

"Imagine how hard it would be to tell your f**king child that," Maci says in the teaser, as reported by People. "Nobody wants to do that." She goes on to explain how much more difficult it is as Bentley gets older, as he's more aware.

"Bentley is not four anymore," she says. "He understands. It’s natural to forget, forgive, move on, especially when it comes to your parents. I am angry for him because he’s a child."

"If you thought I’d bite your head off for me then you have no idea what I will do for my son," Maci adds. "The anger that’s still there, the anger that’s really bad, the anger that’s like the ugly anger, it’s not about me it’s about Bentley."

Ryan was released from jail this April after about three months behind bars. Other than his son with Maci, the 31-year-old shares son Jagger with wife Mackenzie, who was born in Oct. 2018 while Ryan was in rehab.
