Oscar Isaac may have anticipated some mixed feelings from fans over Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, but that doesn't mean he wasn't in his feelings about it. The 40-year-old actor, who played Poe Dameron in the most recent trilogy, joked while on the Academy Awards red carpet about the reception of the film. Considering The Rise of Skywalker is the worst-reviewed live-action movie from a galaxy, far, far away on Rotten Tomatoes, the cast has got to have some opinion on all the negativity.

As reported by ComicBook.com, Isaac was interviewed at the prestigious event by MTV News, with host Josh Horowitz asking how he was doing following some less-than-glowing reviews. Isaac jokingly (or not) said that some of the responses left him "crying in the shower." However, he did admit he wasn't totally surprised. "You know, it was the same on the movie before that as well," he stated. "You know people, it means a lot to people."

Hey, at least he's a good sport about it!
