VIDEO: Sofia Richie Reveals Surprising Reason She Won't Appear on New Season of 'KUWTK'

While Sofia Richie has certainly been welcomed into the Kardashian-Jenner clan, don't expect to see more of her on Keeping Up With the Kardashians anytime soon.

The 21-year-old model, who has been dating Scott Disick since 2017, appeared briefly on KUWTK this past season, as well as her man's E! reality series Flip it Like Disick, but it doesn't look like she's eager to keep this trend going. Instead, Sofia has another career move on the horizon, and it might surprise you.

While speaking with Entertainment Tonight, the daughter of Lionel Richie revealed the reason she likely won't be popping up in reality TV any longer, explaining:

"Well, because I want to get into acting! I feel like, for a while, I kind of held back on things because I was afraid of failure, but 2020 is [the year of] no fear! I'm gonna be doing acting stuff really soon."

Sofia even dished about auditions she's going on, stating, "The roles I'm reading for right now are kind of similar to me, so they're easy for me to play, and I really, really enjoy it."

Despite being new to the acting game, Sofia is clearly no stranger to working in front of the camera, modeling for reputable fashion brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, and more. She even had a brief cameo in the 2018 film Ocean's Eleven, playing herself. We're super excited to watch her new exciting career change unfold!
