VIDEO: 'Teen Mom 2's Nathan Griffith Breaks Silence on DUI Arrest

Many Teen Mom 2 fans were shocked last week to hear the news that Nathan Griffith, who shares five-year-old son Kaiser with Jenelle Evans, had been arrested for a DUI. Radar Online first broke the news, sharing the dad's mugshot and later reporting that he had been found sleeping intoxicated in his car.
Now, Nathan himself is speaking out on all the reports, telling his side of the story. The reality TV star caught up with TMZ in an interview this week, in which he recalled, "So supposedly there was a car and disturbance saying a man was sleeping in his car...So anyways, the fire station showed up and I pretty much, practically told them I didn’t want to deal with them and I said everything was fine."
Nathan went on to explain that he wasn't in his vehicle at the time of his arrest, and that in fact, his keys were allegedly locked inside his car at the time, meaning he had no way to operate it. He then recalled that while he was walking to meet his friends, police pulled him over and made him walk back to his car, where he was ordered to complete a sobriety test.
He was then arrested, and explained that when he asked why he was being arrested for a DUI when he wasn't in his car, the police told him that witnesses claimed he was sleeping in his vehicle prior to the incident. Nathan denies all of this.
Following his arrest on Oct. 17, Nathan was shortly later released on bond. For Jenelle's part, she has yet to react publicly to the news.
