Why Joe Jonas Says Diplo Ruined His and Sophie Turner's Wedding

When fans went on to Diplo's Instagram Story live-stream on the night of May 1, they got the shock of their lives as they saw Jonas Jonas and Sophie Turner getting married in Las Vegas. The story quickly went viral, and without Diplo's expert video-taking skills, which showed most of the ceremony, we might have never seen the wedding. But apparently, that was what Jonas wanted.

Jonas revealed that he didn't want Diplo to record it live, and that he ruined the surprise all together. While speaking to Capital Breakfast alongside his brothers, he opened up on his wedding going viral. "Yeah, he did ruin it," Jonas joked, and then explained how Diplo is with his social media.

"I love Diplo, but he loves his 'gram more than a 13-year-old. He posts every five seconds. He literally, like, live-streamed with dog-face filters," the singer claimed.

But Jonas went on to clarify that they didn't mind, even if it it wasn't how they wanted to reveal their surprise wedding.

"We just laughed," he continued. "We loved it. We thought it was ridiculous, and I just love that he was walking into the chapel and he was like, ‘going to hit this wedding real quick.'"

Someone had to capture the epic moment, even if everyone had a dog face filter on them. Plus, who else can say that their wedding videographer was Diplo?
