Why Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian Did Not Attend 2019 Met Gala

The annual Met Gala is famous for bringing out some of the biggest celebrities in some of the most extravagant looks, and the Kardashian-Jenners have become a staple to the event in recent years. But while Kim Kardashian, Kris, Kylie, and Kendall Jenner are known to attend the gala every year, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian have never gone. And this year was no different. So why is that?

There are many rumors currently swirling about the pair's absence, with some even reporting that Khloé is apparently blacklisted from the event by Anna Wintour. But the pair seemed happy doing their own things, with KoKo posting videos of her hanging out with her one-year-old daughter True on Monday, and Kourtney sharing a shot of her lounging at some type of resort the day prior.

So bottom line, Kourt and Khlo had other things to do than attend the Met Gala, even if they were invited. Both ladies, especially Kourtney, have been very vocal about putting their everyday parenting routines before glamorous activities, and their absence from the event Monday proves just that.
