Zendaya delivers show stopping red-carpet look in vintage couture
Zendaya is back on the red carpet and looking as glamorous as ever!
During Wednesday night's red carpet event, the actress and her longtime stylist, Law Roach, teamed up to pull a vintage piece from designer Bob Mackie's fall 1998 collection, which she wore to the TIME100 Gala in New York City.
The gown was a couture take on color blocking. It featured diagonal strips of teal and turquoise silk faille, as well as emerald velvet, creating a pointed sweetheart neckline and a subtle train. Zendaya posted about her gorgeous look to her Instagram on Thursday.
"@luxurylaw was given rare access to the Bob Mackie archives, to dress @zendaya for the #Time100 Gala," a statement posted to Mackie's Instagram read. "Zendaya wears a vintage teal and turquoise silk faille, emerald velvet strapless couture ball gown, from the Fall 1998 collection."
The duo also made sure to accessorize with Bulgari diamonds via a few rings and a tennis necklace.
